These are some of my favorite books that have played a substantial role in reducing the Anxiety I experience in my life. While most of them do not discuss L-Theanine or even deal with Anxiety directly, they are a tremendous resource for making practical change in your behavior and mindset so that you’re better equipped to prioritize your busy life, eliminate unnecessary stressors, quickly recognize the silver linings in any of your misfortunes, incorporate play and exercise into your daily life to blow off some steam, etc.

While L-Theanine is fairly potent at reducing Anxiety yet natural and relatively safe, it’s generally a good idea to attack the root causes of your Anxiety in order to the symptoms. You may think your stress and anxiety are due to very unique circumstances but the causes are actually much more similar that you’d like to think: work pressures, financial pressures, problems getting along with people, failure to prioritize, worrying about things outside of your control, etc.

You’re probably not gonna see immediate results by reading and following the advice presented in these books but they’ll definitely pay off big years into the future, not only to reduce your anxiety but also to manage your productivity, redefine your goals, and help you achieve better success in your career.
