L-Theanine for Anxiety is the definitive resource on the web for keeping your Anxiety at bay!  This site was started by a guy (me) who struggled with Anxiety from an early age, having grown up in an emotionally unstable household and being consistently subjected to extreme and unrealistic expectations in academics throughout school.

 

Eventually, in a moment of catharsis in college, I finally realized that I don’t have to live my life in constant anxiety and fear anymore and I began my mission to eradicate Anxiety from my life.  One problem though: I was a poor college student and most anxiety medications were outside of my budget even with the generous student health insurance, not to mention the many hidden risks and side effects that have yet to be discovered.  I eventually stumbled upon L-Theanine, which is a naturally occurring compound in my favorite beverage: Green Tea.  By isolating the L-Theanine from Green Tea and discarding the caffeine, one obtains a potent yet natural tonic for quickly getting rid of your jitters.  Unlike many other natural ways of medicating anxiety (e.g. Alcohol), L-Theanine didn’t make my drowsy (if taken in a reasonable dose), so I was still able to function normally.
